In order to further standardize the market, reduce or avoid unnecessary losses and troubles, promote the benign development of enterprises, develop more and better products to serve the majority of customers, and enhance the corporate image, and seek common future. To this end, from September 20, 2017, the return of three packages of piston machine to make the following relevant provisions, and began to implement!

1. It is forbidden to return the whole machine. In special cases, the regional manager shall fill in the three-pack return application form according to regulations, explain the facts and apply for approval before the return is allowed. Otherwise the whole machine 0.17-0.36 according to 300/ set, 0.48-1.0

The return fee for 600/ set and 1.5-2.0 for 1000/ set shall be borne by the customer, and the return freight shall be borne by the customer. For used old machines, discount processing within one year, more than one year will not be compensated.

2. The heads (including the mine heads) are not allowed to be returned except for the sand holes of the crankcase and oil leakage. Because the price is lower in a few years never rise in price, shanhai does not guarantee. If there is any return, we will fold it in half.

Iii. The motor is guaranteed for one year. If the motor is returned beyond the three-pack period, it will be folded in half because it cannot be returned to the factory.

Iv. The warranty period of magnetic starter, pneumatic switch and other electrical appliances is half a year, beyond which customers will take care of themselves;

V. Return of other accessories shall be terminated after one year;

Vi. Mine head and whole machine do not accept return, replacement parts, replacement parts must be returned to our company.

Vii. At present, the price of raw materials has been greatly raised. Shanhai does not plan to raise the price at present and the price of accessories is reasonable. If individual dealers violate the above regulations and insist on returning the goods, the company will deduct the related expenses from the salesman's commission and suspend the delivery before settling the payment or confirming the account.
